Namah Referred to Parliamentary Privileges Committee

"Opposition leader Belden Namah was today referred to the Parliamentary Privileges Committee by Speaker Theo Zurenuoc on the request of Prime Minister O’Neill.

Mr. Namah was referred for discrediting individuals on the floor of parliament.

At a media conference later this afternoon Mr. Namah said he will on Tuesday next week during parliament session; also have the Prime minister referred to the Parliamentary Privileges Committee.

Namah challenged the Speaker to make a similar ruling for Peter O’Neill to undergo the same."
