Jft, that's all well and good, and may happen, but why are you painting this as fact when it clearly is not. Perhaps I am missing your point but it appears that you are arguing that xom is a partner which is clearly not the case as of right now.

I font disagree, but if Exxon were a partner we would know athat would be material. That's my point. It APPEARS you stated it as fact. Just want to be clear I didn't miss a press release.
