Total is operator: Aug. 1  2015. ---> 5 months go by

A-6 spud: end of Dec. 2015    ----> 2 months go by

A-6 testing:  Feb. 2016.         -----> 4 months go by

contemplating:  A-7:  Mar-Jun 2016

Maybe Total does owe us an early down payment on cert. $$ !

But Total's original time line is intact , we just didn't want to believe it .
