IOC returns as of close today
#1
Longs are being very well rewarded with IOC's recent climb. IOC returns are:
10.64% over last month
27.92% over last 3 months
34.28% YTD 2012
19.94% over last 1 year
54.13% over last 2 years
176.5% 0ver last 5 years
308.19% since Sept 8, 2004 (25.68% average/year over 12 years)

Looks like some pretty good fireworks to me!

Looks like you need a new HP 12C.
YTD up 41.11%
21.71% past 1 year.

A very Happy 4th indead. Much better than 9 months ago when IOC hit $31.18 and closed at $34.05 up 111.89%. Just think, the shorts have lost more in % terms since Oct, than they could have made if IOC went to zero.

Gator, these returns are from the Yahoo chart; gives the returns as you click on the time period. Must be they have some bad info somewhere.

I know I can't spell, but I am usually good with numbers. $51.13 to $72.15 is $21.02 or 41.11%. Either way it spells pain for the shorts.

Ha! Agree; Eric can pull about any number at this point and they all look good for IOC; especially long-term. It's no wonder we haven't heard much from him lately. Last meaningful thing he said was congratulating longs for the apparent deals. I'd say they are more than apparent at this point. PPS is saying the pot is just about ready to boil.
