Mackenzie Call
#1

Just got a call from Mackenzie about voting.  They asked how I was voting and I told them I was voting No.  Mackenzie asked, "in spite of the BOD's recommendation?"  I said, "of course if I was on the BOD and morally bankrupt, I would recommend the sale, they are going to make $millions."  He sounded surprised.  Also told him I was looking at voting no, dissent.  He claimed complete ignorance of the ability to vote this way, but didn't ask to record my vote.  Interesting.
The vote must not be as big of a slam dunk as I thought if Mackenzie is making phone calls.

I would be interested in how "you can say with surety".  Especielly after all these years of cheerleading at even much higher prices.

Kommon, I can say that with surety. Absolutely. "Millions of shares have already voted NO, and millions more are preparing to vote NO as soon as they get their proxy papers.

Yep
Over the years one meets many people invested in IOC because of the resource and no one should want to be cheated . Therefore it's simple to ask your friends to ask how they are voting . Those that don't want to be cheated are voting no way at this price .

Will - I received two calls yesterday from Mackenzie ....one male voice and the other female....about 2 1/2 hours apart . ( thought that was unusual ! ?) I too stated my thoughts about the bods (no caps intentionally) being pathetic and" all out for themselves" .They both seemed surprprised but did not "push me" further ??? ....humm,I thought<img src=" border="0" class="smilie" src="http://shareholdersunite.com/mybb/images/smilies/huh.gif" />

The Recovery Factor is the elephant on the table that no one talks about. It might be like a talking about fine scotch at a baptist churchSmile

Common sense should show all that something changed with GCA estimates from 1 estimate to another . After 3 additional wells , flow tests etc the estimates dropped with GCA. That's a huge Huh??Add in the words tainted and not eligible for further appraisal work and the light shines on water drive . In addition a multi million IOC shareholder verified they used a water drive . There is simply no other way to explain a drop in appraisal amounts .
Therefore vote no stop the nonsense .
