What the market thought of the Ant 7 Press Release
#1

It seems that IOC shareholders have just lost 4% on the back of the Ant 7 drilling report.

Why? Because once more it seems that the management have an agenda that doesnt include the best intrests of the shareholders. Lets face it we (shareholder) and our best financial interest is inconventient for the management.

The only way this will get better for us is to send the BOD and the management packing. They have continually sold us out.

At the moment we are looking down the barrel of $45 of XOM shares per IOC share. that is even lower than the $48 we could get on the open market for our IOC shares today.

IOC/Total/XOM are doing all they can to do an end run around the court, and ensure that there is zero value to the CRaP.

How do the people that voted to keep the BOD at the AGM feel now? How do the people that voted to approve the "New Plan" fo rthe incentivisation of the BOD and the management, feel now?

Can we remedy those mistakes? Yes, if we act now.

Vote the deal down, then get rid of the people that have done this to us.

Are they? Some may be, but many of the institutions dont have the courage to vote any way other than that recommended by ISS or Glass Lewis et. al.

Where we see opportunity, bankers see risk, and well bankers take a lot of effort to defray risk using any means at their disposal.

If a banker grows a set and votes according to the facts and contrary to the advisors, then if anything less than a spectacular outcome was achieved, that banker would soon be an ex-banker.

We really can all participate in fixing this, perhaps by each one reaching one. ?
