My prediction...    The only news we hear regarding A-7 before the Feb 14th vote will be bad news and/or neutral news (still drilling - nothing to see here...).

However, once the deal is approved...     The news flow will begin to turn positive!

See my last posting.  IOC and TOT are now corruptively incentivized to slow the well progress to a dead stop.  Watch hole problem suddenly recur and lose the well so they can annouce this before the Feb 10 voting deadline for proxy voters.  That will solve the big problem that Hession has allowed as I described in the other posting.

To dissent you need to notify your broker dealer by Feb 1st. They need time to process your request and get it delivered to Yukon ,
You can change your vote even after Feb 14th from no to yes .
For your dissent to count you must vote no ,
Lastly you must file your application with the courts and formally ask for the Net Asset Value determination . We have a local lawyer and we will either join Phil or use our lawyer. Our lawyer will have no walls to others who need a local lawyer .
