Very nice. This CC could have ended after the 1st paragraph. Nothing like an immediate submission move. Mr. Market doesn't quite understand yet.

We’re glad to report that the prime minister of Papua New Guinea has confirmed to me personally and to others of our project team, including Sir Rabbi Namaliu, that the NEC has recommended for the InterOil Gulf LNG project to go forward, with a starting LNG capacity of 3.8 million tons. We’re now in a position to fast track the project, maximizing the benefits to our shareholders and to all stakeholders."

*Note: There is no indication of O'Neill over ruling a combative NEC as others suggest with 1 of his 2 such powers.
