The IOC short count is 12.5 million. I can't give you the source but its shall we say quite reliable.

imo, if ioc has upside followthru today, it should have absorbed the entire 2-3 mo. base trading volume. what's interesting here, is that from here to 80 is only about 4 million shares of accumulation. In other words, there's not much stock available in that area.
