Could be HemiHefi, and also the PNGIndustryNews article states that the government is relying on the GCA estimates for the bids; though any updated estimate from GCA may still be in the works. Hmmmm possibly another wrench? IOC got their GLJ estimate updated very quickly and filed with their financials on Feb 28th. Could be a bidder or 3 said, we'll not only bid higher but we'll accept the updated GLJ nombre as the estimate. Holy smokies what a game changer or 2. And the BOD is meeting when and where? Maui is on it.....................
