Perhaps the question is, "where are the sellers?" Seems a lack of buying usually tends to bolden the Shorts to take it down.

This is trench warfare.  Both sides are dug in.  Not much sense to charge across the middle right now.  When the whistle blows, however, the shorts will be overwhelmed and routed..  If Shell is carrying the flag then so be it.
