The fails to deliver were down for May. I split the data so that you could see the first half and second half of the month as it is reported.  The second half of May data will be out on June 16th.  This data does not tell us much about the shorts.

Thanks Cesium. As irritating as this issue is, I have a feeling management won't fail to deliver, and that matters way more. Doesn't depend only on them though.

Would all these fails still be undelivered?
