BP's Tangguh LNG Project in the Indo half of New Guinea went online in 2009 with two 3.8 Mtpa trains. Now, 4 yrs. later, BP is nearly organized for a 3rd train expansion of 3.8 Mtpa.
PNG LNG is not online for 6 mos. and XOM is nearly organized for a 3rd (likely 4th train too) of 3.8 Mtpa+-.
Seems XOM is eager and the LNG market is in need.
Sounds fast tracked.
