Are we really any different than we were a year ago? Really?!

Tree, my list is the facts. As you say, your statements are your "thoughts." I truly hope your thoughts are correct, but I am pointing out the facts remain the same.

I did not intend to imply such headlines tomorrow. Hession is in control, many large holders have been having CC's today and I like his style. His old boss was an XOM man and Hession knows to expect XOM acting like XOM. The saving grace is RDS and TOT will act like themselves too and XOM knows that.

MG, to make a complete list I would include in the lst year: O'Neill was just elected and forming a ruling coalition. IOC was 60 days away from Duma's trigger to cancel the PA. NEC had not approved an ammended PA Final bids were not solicited XOM was not given 'exclusivity' after bid considertions and major terms agreed to. (this alone validated the resource once and for all) New CEO who has closed suvh transactions. A focus on direction and apparent Gov't support. Much different than a year agol Believe it or not as the challenge goes.

As we should do here, I agree to disagree with you, Tree. I still appreciate your informative posts, and the CCs you mention above with the largest shareholders are good to know about. However, given these CCs, does it become even more worrisome that the pps is falling as hard as it is?

Likely bigs doing same. Meantime all we have is a 1 trading day span from 'IOC/XOM deals expire with no deal' headlines and headlines like that trump the post fact accurate updates which get not nearly the talk.

My concern is some of the "bigs" are selling and that is why we are going down. We are trading at 2 million shares today with a 10% decrease. This is real sellling.

******************** The specific items on the list were different, but a year ago there was still a list of optimistic reasons that we were supposed to believe we were "close"...when we actually were not close at all. All of the theories and rose-colred explanations are growing tiresome. They need to close the deal or sell the company.
