Well, I'm afraid you're not going to get any more than what Wayne told you, and the why has been explained several times over. Sorry put, but that's how it is.

I believe I am as anxious as anyone to have a PRL 15 deal done, although I would prefer to see the stock move higher from here first. However, one of the primary sentiments or comments sometimes expressed here or elsewhere that I have a real problem with is something like "Just get the f---ing thing done!". I think any party in a complex multi-billion dollar LNG negotiation that lets pressure get him to that point would be at a serious disadvantage and come out the worse for it. As frustrated as I am, I believe IOC previously had a CEO too stubborn and smart to let that happen, and now has a CEO smart and experienced enough to avoid that AND get an appropriate win-win deal done in a reasonable time frame, whatever that is given where they are now, hopefully "soon" if I may use that term without too much flack. As much as they have won, I think shorts are going to be in big trouble; and some of them should be and hopefully will be in prison eventually.
