"Carson Block is a fraud. In America, if you yell bomb at the airport when there is no bomb, you will certainly go to jail. On Wall Street, if you yell fraud when there is no fraud, you get rewarded with short sell profit. Not only Carson Block made money he also could potentially destroyed a company as well as people retirement because of his greed. Lucky I don't invest in this stock.
"I need to add these to the list:
June 2011, Block accused Spreadstrum (SPRD) of fraud. Stock dropped by half but doubled after fraud allegation was never proven.
Nov 2011, Block accused Focus Media Holding (FMCN) of fraud. FMCN dropped 40% but gained back and more. Allegation of fraud was never proven.
July 2012, Block accused New Oriental Technology Group of fraud. Stock price dropped but gained all back and more because fraud allegation was never proven.
Nov 2012, Block accused Olam International of fraud but fraud allegation was never proven.
May 2013, Block accused QIhoo of fraud. Stock dropped but gained all back and more. Fraud allegation was never proven.
July 2013, Block accused American Tower (AMT) of fraud. Stock gained and fraud allegation was never proven.
Now, Block goes after NQ."
So this begs the question, why is it that Muddy Waters has any credibility whatsoever? The only logical answer is that MW is a hired gunman for major ensconced money interests, perhaps in this case software and/or telecommunications companies, that are threatened by a promising, aggressive and capable young upstart of a company.
The strategy is simple and straight from the jungle: kill the young before they can grow to challenge your realm.
