Civilli and IPI negotiations.
#1

I am certainly one that would like to have the IPI negotiations done and over and able to move forward.  However, an interesting point is that longer negotiations by Civelli et. al. for a bigger payout for the IPI investors only strengthens IOC's future.  If they felt there was nothing of major significance there then they would take the money and run.  The fact that they are holding out only brightens IOC's future.  Bashers would like people to believe that there is no significant asset here.  But, in the next breath, post or rant they say IPI's will squeeze for every last bit of $$ because of its worth.  Does not seem logical both are true.  I pick the later and frankly I would do exactly the same.  Time will tell...

In the ST it gives the cranks fodder and holds the PPS down. The more he squeezes the LT is compromised. Not sure how either benefits IOC. This issue needs to go away ASAP. I do believe bigger things are in motion causing it to be delayed.
