INTEROIL SETS FOURTH QUARTER AND ANNUAL FINANCIAL
RESULTS 2013 CONFERENCE CALL DATE

Port Moresby and Singapore, March 24, 2014: InterOil Corporation (NYSE: IOC;
POMSoX: IOC) announced that it will release financial and operating results for the fourth
quarter and full year of 2013 before the market opens for trading on Monday, March 31, 2014
with full text of the news release and accompanying financials available on the company’s
website at www.interoil.com. A conference call will be held on Monday, March 31, 2014, at
7:30 a.m. Central (8:30 a.m. Eastern) to discuss the financial and operating results, as well as
the company’s outlook.

The conference call can be heard through a live audio web cast on the company’s website at
www.interoil.com or accessed by dialing (612) 332-0107. A replay of the broadcast will be
available soon afterwards on the website.

Id be curious to get everyones thoughts on the date of the earnings as well as IOC announcing the earnings a week in advance....my opinion....negotations are still ongoing and will take several more weeks so the firm just did the earnings as late as they could....if negotations were already done I think IOC would announce faster. I expect news of Raptor spudding, updates on our other two drilling sites and no direct answers about PRL 15 as im sure there is some type of CA in place. Once again just my expectations and id be interested to hear others

With the addition of OSH I expect a few weeks slippage as possible . Although I bet they are trying hard to announce something meaningful on the 31st.Hard call .

I'm not expecting this to be done by March 31st. A lot has changed since any comments were made. Got my sights on June 6th.

Lots of moving parts & changes lately. I have no expectation that final, revised deal terms on TOT/IOC have been reached in 3 weeks time. Drilling updates should provide more timing clarity.

That was not exactly the statement made.  Specifically, in the Jan. 29, 2014 news release, it was stated, "Work continues on completing the Total agreement by the end of Q1 2014, including the buy-out of minority interests."  That, of course, was before the OSH buy-out of those minority interests, and the necessity of re-negotiating and modifying the SPA with Total, along with addressing any other issues or possibilities that may have arisen in conjunction with that.  We shall see whether March 31 is still achievable.  I think it may be, but I wouldn't count on it, although I think there will be a resolution long before June 6.

So... what have SOC's,Mega's,and independents been doing for the last 20 years in that region? And in those 20 years these enity's could not find a field with say 5-7 TCF 2C?

Must be something simple I missed.  They were not looking.
