Wouldn't shareholders of any company benefit from a takeover? Wouldn't PNG benefit with returns and an upgraded developer/partner of their resources if OSH were bought out?

Yepper. Quick nice return that quickly would pay off UBS debt and stick a couple of billion in the coffers.
