Really don't know what to make of this, I never knew Zack's got involved on the short side.........Seems like he is just taking shots without any facts, I expected more from Zacks.

It's a joke.  He was "surprised" to be talking to the CFO because h was unprepared and inexperienced. It's hard asking tough questions face to face ( or on the phone 1x1)  when you don't know what you're really talking about.
