Interoil told High Artic they expect to use rig 116 in 2016 . If Oil Search is naming and using their Reservoir engineering firms it should be clear to all no Ant 7 in this certification payment .
If Oil Search can deliver a resource estimate mid 2nd quarter 2016 to PACLNG then so can Total/Interoil .
Seems financially stupid for Total to not name GCA the industry low baller and for Interoil to not name Netherland Sewell as their estimator with their extensive Elk/Antelope and PNG experience .
Appears Oil Search is pushing things along . That's good .
Why no naming of Total/Interoil reservoir engineers???
