I cleaned my lens before I took this picture about whats going on.

Huh, looks to this hardwood that all the condo LNG modules will be purchasing dry gas feed from us upstream owners.  No different than a PNG LNG feed contract.  Kinda looks like the developer keeps ownership of the sewer/water works, utilities and outdoor maintenance and owners pay 'dues'.

Tree- Thats sweet margins!! Mr Market has no idea how profitable all this will be for IOC shareholders. Getting it done are the IOC boys.
