I'm happy you said that, Pet. Some while ago I was in 'discussion' with people who argued that these wells were so expensive. My answer basically consisted of arguing:
- They need much fewer wells than most companies to develop E/A (let alone the 20K wells of Origin/Conoco)
- Additional wells would be much cheaper as much of the testing isn't required (let alone stuff like horizontal drilling), and the testing depends on third party people and equipment to be flown in and the waiting for them.
