JFT -
On behalf of all those who believed your info on BOD meetings(2) to select the SD partner and all those who ignored you yesterday when you were spot on, is there a way to tell the diffference between when you are plugged in and when you have your fingers crossed behind your back? A secret handshake or something? Great info yesterday. Bert - might be time to take back "outrageous".

Then I guess you don't get the Private Messages, texts, emails, phone calls that many of us get either when it's quiet or when pps is taking a hit asking, "What are you hearing?!! Is everything OK?!! Looks like something bad must be going on; can you tell me anything?!!" So people post what they are hearing and get whacked for it, called a liar, called a pumper. Yet when times are tough many of those same people ask about what is going on through Private Messages, etc. Use or flush
One poster, whom has good access to information, has admitted he make up stuff to protect him from the appearance of acting upon “inside information”. I think he even posted something to the effect that if only one of the four things I post come true, no one can accuse him of anything wrong. My problem with that is that if 75% of the posts are (could be) just pure fiction and it is hard to separate the fact from the fictions.
When in doubt, please refer to rule 5. Stick to the Facts - This forum is not intended to be for the "pumpers" or the "bashers". There will be both positive and negative events over the upcoming months and both are encouraged to be posted, discussed and dissected.

And that's not a factual statement Gator. Why not refer to JFT by name when referring to him? Your statements need correcting to be factual as to what JFT has said. What he has said is NOT that he makes up stuff so that he can't be accused of having insider information. What he HAS said is that he hears a lot of stuff and he freely passes on what he hears and people can do with it what they want. He then has said that a lot of what he hears ends up not happening, so how can he be accused of getting and trading on insider information? HUGE difference. Also, part of what that rule is saying is that when discussing things (and debating), keep it to the issue and don't get personal. STP stated that in his updated rule post when things got very personal here a while back. Hope that helps.

Hola Amigos!
Sorry a little late to the party of yesterdays shake out. Funny enough, before the price dive, I had an email conversation with an IOC executive and can confirm that any problems with PNG are rumours only. As Gator stated in a different post, I expect to see a PR in the next week or two stating the deadline for bidding. Things change though, so choose to use this information as you see fit.
Now, a little bit more reading and then back to the beach for me.

I have a good menory. I don't make things up. I am not going to back and re-read every post (or every PM) to support what I wrote, but it had been posted. I didn't mention any names because I didn't want it to get personal. Let us just enjoy this day and hope we have many more like it over the next five or six weeks.
