IOC AGM this year is on Monday June 24th.  It is being held in The Woodland just outside of Houston.  Sounds like a weekend trip for me.

IOC generally doesn't make this information public until about a month before it happens.  Me thinks this is done just in case they need to reschedule or if plans change.  The information allows me to preliminary plan around my other work committments though, so I thought it might be valuable to others as well.  I got this directly from an executive fwiw.

Hello everyone,

With the AGM a little more than 2 months away, I am gearing up to book my trip to Houston.  Since this is my first time in the city I am not sure where to stay.  So I am reaching out to some of our Elders who have no doubt met with the company in the Woodlands and can provide some insight into which hotel to stay at that will be close to the AGM meeting location.

Now, most importantly, where are we going to be holding the IOC PRE (no pun intended) meeting?

p.s.  Tusker, my little sister is getting married that weekend, so I won't be arriving until Sunday afternoon.  I haven't decided yet if I am leaving Monday or Tuesday and I haven't forgotten about that role of pennies ;-)
