I am expecting an official govt. notice of the acceptance of the revised contact, very soon (before the 28th).  Additionally, it appears that from the list of operators and partners that IOC has submitted to the govt, they are agreeable to any or all on the list. Oh, and if I was a short, I'd buy some March 70+ calls (real cheap) and let the PPS rise above 80.  Watch the options over the next few days for any hints.
