year end cc

It can't be a coincidence that PM, WA or whoever will make the earnings call immediately after the bidding has closed. I expect to hear the number of bids received, the names of the bidding interests and some idea of the time required for Board evaluation along with the quarterly results. I can't imagine this timing would have been announced if there was any question about whether or not they had received any bids.

Should be fun.

I would suspect the final bids are being submitted to the appropriate IB in each case and therefore subject to the Feb 28 date applicable to each IB, but I have not asked and am not sure it much matters.
