Who Jumped the Shark?
#1

Binary event straight head and we're gonna find out damn quick who the 'Shark Jumpers' are.

 It's either-

The longs, the covering analysts, the IB's, the SM's and JKM which publicly admitted to pursue a Gulf LNG stake, the banks that lent $100 mill to IOC last fall, PRE for laying $60+ million and another upcoming $60  for T-2 stake, Mitsui for patiently keeping CSP funding option iive, GLJ and GC for stating IOC had enough gas for an 8Mtpa plant - last year!,  O'Neill and NEC for endorsing Gulf LNG PA changes to accomodate market, WF, FIDO, RC, Cap Re, couple other bigs and the Insiders that own 80% of all shares, IOC management for closing binding bid period and doubling down by moving 2012 Y/E CC forward to coincide with bid period closing........OR......the 12 million short that haven't stated a cogent case yet for remaining short.

I suppose they could be the only one that know devistating info on IOC and that info can somehow remain a secret to the greater market.
