This is just speculation but I wonder if our largest shareholder, Mr. chandler, played any part in this. In many of his past investments RC took a very active role in replacing mgmt and pointing the company in the direction he saw fit.

With the stock down 5% premarket I believe today may be the day I go all in on ITM Leaps....I have a feeling in my gut we don't see Jan 14

This means we have sm partner/buyout. JKM will be aligned with this SM. Phil leveraged all of us into the strongest deal. Funny how Phil and Kalinoe both retire and Phil not kalinoe gets the 100 million $ from shell perhaps. Don't fret. Philstar.com is not affected by this move. Only housekeeping.
