MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR TRANSACTION !!!
Hmmm... sounds like a good $/mcf price !!! Let's see: if IOC is valued today at $3 Billion, and they sell 33% of E/A for $2 Billion --> Implies Total Company is worth $9 Billion.
Is my math correct ?!?! (Edited: Answer: no I cannot do math - it works out to $6 Billion not $9 Billion - still double where we are today...)
