if u click on the "avatar" above your name, it'll lead you to a website called "gravatar"..there u need to make an account and then u can upload a pic AND LINK IT TO YOUR EMAILADRESS your are using here..that's how it should work..because I already had an account at "garvatar" for a different thing, so it showed immediatly when I logged in at SHU ..good luck..hope I could help..
