Earnings release states will drill Wahoo with a partner. Implies a farm in agreement. The rumor mill states IOC's best chance for oil is at Wahoo. The quickest path to early cash flow has always been commercial oil. Is the rumor mill right.?.??The new CEO is putting his footprint on IOC.

If I do recall a lot of the complaints on this board recently have been about the lack of drilling. That seems to have been addressed in this presentation and by the wording of it with another farm in partner which means more Cash and hopefully more rigs
