A few big blocks on that pop today. Looks more like forced buyins rather than a new buyer. Not too many buyers accumulate that way.

This also tells us that there are actually very few shares actually available for daily trading. Shorts maxxed out and bigs are holding.

Hefi did it. As soon as SHU was back up we spiked. I think he hit "Buy" at the same time he hit "Publish". Hefi is now one of biggest holders of IOC. Hohoho
