Headliner address will be by Sir Michael:
How to adopt strict, detailed regulations on developing your country's hydrocarbons and then allow a SM to come in the back door and line your pockets to jump start a project for the good of your nation, and worry about the details until later.

They are both hard working guys looking out only for the good of their country. When you do this good fortune comes your way. It's like manna from heaven. You go to sleep wondering how you will have enough to get through the next day. You wake up, and blessings have been poured upon your head, and into your bank account. It pays well to be the "father of your country", and the "father's" son. Right place at the right time.

Wayne is attending a conference in Houston next week, but no formal presentation. They are shooting for the first week in March for year-end financial reports and conference call, but date not completely final yet.

Getit-I would think a drilling update then in March on earnings. What if they can confirm a reef by then?Would a reef be E/A size or bigger.??Reading Pet's timeline that would be possible time wise.Dave Hollands the one who hopes the reefs larger then E/A.

As I recall, IOC has issued a first drill update about when they have set initial liner and tools etc and are preparing to drill into the formation. Am I correct on this?

Trans- They formerly issued drilling reports on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Then they became fewer and more erratic with the last drilling report being on 5 November 2009 for Antelope-2. Since then we have only received drilling updates by PR or presentations/conference calls etc.
