My Math

Tell me where I'm wrong.

IOC gets 4.8 billion in cash and uses a portion of that to buy out the IPI.

They keep 30% of E/A which can now be valued at 4 billion (1.29/MCF)

Then there will be 4-5 rigs drilling Tricerotops and others.

Why do some assume that the hedge funds can contoll the stock price?

Quick answer they can't.

No one can control the stock price when there is the amount of volume that we have. Pure and simple supply and demand.

Company screwed the pooch on the announcement. Total did as well. Nothing else has changed. The resource is still world class and the only thing now is the whole stranded gas arguement is completely gone. E/A WILL be monetized, not if when and how much gas is there. That is all. The rest is noise.
