There have to me some massive sellers...

likely true. NQ may never get a fair shake on an US exchange. The saying about "fool me once... fool me twice..."  There is no practical purpose for NQ to be public anymore, the window for debt/equity financing are probably closed for a very long time. Insiders can take adv. of this opportunity by offering a high teen buy out price, pretty unthinkable just last month, but now longs will be very motivated to sell. With only half of total share counting trading, it takes less than $600 mil to take this thing private, very doable.

I don't think I was being optimistic, just realistic. Consider the "flash crash" that happened not too long ago, which dropped the price some 20% within minutes. To this day, we have no idea what caused it, but it has passed the 10 day mark so we know that it was no institution. My point being that the price of a security can drop dramatically via retail on high volume, especially on a stock like NQ that has such an incredibly small float that's not tied up by institutions. Considering the prices most of these institutions got in at, they would be losing millions if they sold now. Most got in after the Muddy Waters debacle, so they are clearly betting on the audit coming out clean, and nothing that has happened since ER would suggest otherwise. Selling for a large loss at this point would not make much sense and I don't see any logical institution doing it. Perhaps I'm giving institutions too much credit though, we'll find out soon enough.

Good for you Mountainbiker, and I really mean that. You have big uns. I have a few shares in two different accounts, and a few LT call options. Want to buy more, but still have memories of other situations like this (CMRE anyone?) which turned out badly. Sitting on my hands until I see stabilization in the price. Probably means I miss a good part of the move back up, but so be it.

Looks like the die hard longs are gone or were forced to sell into this dip. Now comes the smart money.....

You think so? I don't understand the psychology of this to be honest.. I haven't puked out yet, but it feels like it's moving to unchartered territory based on the "progress" that seemed to have been made over 5-6 months.

The free fall of NQ stock price is badly managed by NQ management on expectation on earning, 20F filing and auditing result. I understand it is independent auditing. But why not release partial auditing result to clear of some uncertainity. Independent auditing is paid by NQ anyway. NQ management should let IA release whatever they can to stop bleeding. If stock price is severaly damaged, it might not able to recover even in the long term since all investors will dump NQ stock.

I disagree, I know a ton of longs that still haven't sold a single share. As for me, I did sell, but not out of fear and not permanently. I had continued buying shares from my original entry point of $13.26 all the way up to $21 and raised my average price to nearly $18. After the ER, I knew it was going to continue to drop, so I sold all my shares for small profit in order to lower my average price. I would not be surprised if many other longs did something similar, it depends on how low their average price was. Anyone that decided to end their position permanently in the stock based on the current dip can't be considered a "die hard long" anyway.

I  have sold all my shares after ER release. I do not like fundamental ER presented at stock  price $16.00. It is becoming much better on current stock price based on valuation. But I am still on the sideline waiting stock price to hit bottom. If there is a up swing, I am still part of it since I still have Jan 2015 and 2016 call options.

i noticed a display ad for depend underwear on the top of the board just now and thought i might invest in a pair...lol

if there's no bad surprise in the offing, then i'm fine riding out this painful selloff. the 20-F/IA may not do much to raise the pps, but it should at least provide some support... putting to rest questions over fraud will allow the fundamentals to start taking over and shift investor focus to company performance, new products, new partners, etc. i think nationsky will start emerging as a force, which could fuel further gains in pps. Looks like patience and resetting price target expectations in the s-t/m-t may be the key.

I agree, wont do much immediatly but it will put the fraud allegations to rest and now people can focus on fundamentals. Which at the end of the day are pretty solid and only bound to improve qoq. Should help bring the stock price over time to pre MW levels and beyond.
