I think you're irrationally bullish, this doesn't seem normal even for me, a long-term bull.

The stock felt heavy both yesterday and today, someone was consistently selling. I don't see how institutional holders would sell if they didn't sell back on 5/15. Why now, after a clean IC report and two minority sales.

But, the question comes back as to who are actively selling this? The only semi rational answer I can think of are algo's. It's clear that everyone is waiting for 20F, and it is also clear that besides China Rock, there are no other funds buying and NQ is blacked out. This stock is easily spooked, someone can just sit on the offer to sell blocks of 10k shares, once the stock snowballs to the downside, covering is really easy. Besides that, I can't think of any other reason a volume holder would sell today.

The float is small, many day traders in the stock going both ways. When the SP drops, investors always fear the worst. But the IC already found nothing. The fear of the IC finding something fraudulent is gone. Fear and Greed...

I do see a lot of big blocks coming through. These are not retailers so maybe some institutions are also getting skittish..

very true and NQ has time and again provided short sellers with opportunities to plant doubt in ppl's minds

Do not listen to the shorts, PWC has not resigend. This has happened before. Spreading rumors again from the shorts.
