So the mythical beauty contest was a selfie.

I had intimated to the

fomer but realize the latter was the truth.  Tough for some to believe here and many believe the shorts are to blame  but sometimes you are your worst enemy,  Don t 't beleive the ST pumpers herer who are so blatant in thier efforts in thier posts  for whatever reasons, but be resonable in yur long term expectaions.  Many herer were too greedy, including PM, and we will never see $500 as many LT grinders predicted but the stock is sginificantly unervalued at current values.  I lke MH despite his "bungles".  Just be real and honest otherwise SHU doens't work.

I never thought about 500$/SH. I thought about 200$/SH and still do. It's going to take years longer than I first expected.

What makes SHU also 'not work' are gratuitious finger pointing claims.

How about keeping it real and name names and provide examples for your claims?

The beauty contest resulted in an engaged Miss Elk Antelope.  The beauty queen now has a $400M ring and her dowry is expected, by an excited new IOC management team, to be large enough to justify  selling the refinery/downstream.   The queen is  being 'tapped' often and deep by an excited groom to be.

The fiance trusts that the groom's devotion will run deeper as he better knows her, inside and out.

If they find nothing else is assets we are a $10 billion market cap company right before the LNG plant opens. That number is direct from Interoil mgt and they are using the market cap of Oil Search as a guide for that market cap number.

No that's not $500 a share.

What could change the $10 Billion market cap number? Tuskers String of Pearls being proven true. If they really found a Miocene reef , an ancient sea shore then they will find more assets. PET used Interoil provided seismics and estimated there were 13 possible reefs to be drilled.  Hession has stated they have 40 some prospects to explore and find out more. Maybe most important is where their is gas their is oil .

There is nothing wrong with a $ 10 billion market cap but as Sam states that will take time and the stock price will move as certain milestones are reached.

With 3 wells being close to news being announced it's worth a SHU in case Dave Holland, PET, Phil, Oil Search Botten and now Hession are correct about the geology . If they are wrong the stock price will reflect a $10 Billion market cap in 2020. Is that enough for most people? Well it will best the heck out of the S&P index and the Dow index.

The most telling thing is all these Woodside Senior people quitting that job and coming to Interoil. In order for Hession to get paid his bonuses he must find assets and sign LNG deals. He recently recruited more Woodside people. It appears someone besides Tusker believes in this string of pearls.

As an aside retail investors will sell Interoil common stock at just the wrong time. I bought stock symbol LNG at $1.75 when retail gave up . Sold it way to soon I admit . But one doesn't sell a stock after 4 months of drilling 3 new wells . There is zero price upside built into the stock for new assets right now Zero nada . Bad results worst case we move up to a $10 billion market cap in time. Is that enough ?

Sam, I assume you still have access to first call? If so you might read the new RJ report. Kinda gets people excited. If you have read it then are you long now?

I do first hand research.  Don't disagree with Lt view but some are still stuck iin the past.  As for naming names I could list the current management team but some  wouldn't believe it.  The real truth is dowry was lower than everyone here expected, but not bad so don't get me wrong.  Most here don't realize they alsmost lost the leases this year.  Tongueerhaps the rush to spud Wahoo to secure acreage resulted in poor planning resulting in delayed drilling but then again it could be old and outdate rigs as well.  View shoudl be forward looking which is very positive but some things linger.  OVer and out.

Good post, JFT.  $10 billion market cap is about $200 per share I believe,  With major discoveries, good appraisals, and FID, I believe you could see it long before plant opening.  Macquarie already calculates an unrisked Net Present Value of $171 with only 7.1 Tcf at E/A and conservative discovery assumptions.

See that's the stuff people don't like JFT, your last post.  No problem with your above analysis.  Have always been long and you know that.  My thread was not a rant but you should talk to people who saw the roadshow.

Good posts, Sam.  You bring a welcome breeze of realistic, knowlegeable air to the forum.
