Drilling in the marl an estimated 10 meters above the top of the reservoir. Found sandstone 82 meters lower than expected based on the Nov 15th presentation but, if their prognosis is correct, the top of the reservoir will be 79 meters (259 feet)higher than expected.

However, the TD is estimated at 7,182 feet, and previous TD was estimated at 7,579, so similar total reservoir depth.

Pet will be interested in your comments on all this including the Slide 18 Strike Line schematic showing more of the formation. Does that seem to be indicating a much larger structure as was indicated?

Also, on Slides 17 and 18 they show "coal". Any significance to that? Don't remember seeing anything like that at AE.

Looks like we have 15 km of gas reservoir west of T-2. Much more shallow (relative to sea level) than I had expected on the West end of the field but the surface terrain is also higher so the drill depth is not as shallow as it appears. No significance for the coal. Just tells them what kind of environment they are drilling in. The west 9 km have no water under lying the gas.
