They are pushing hard to define the resources of PRL15 before year-end.  They are still looking at possible synergies and sidestepped a question on whther there were available cost-effective resouces to build both Train 3 and E/A at the same time.  My read is that they are looking to certify above the 7.1t's so they can pipe the extra gas to support a 3rd Train and build it while prepping E/A.
