Page 7 talks about a possible deal with Exxon and about a third Super Major to help develop the 35 TCFE identified as possible . See report

Morgan says the Total payment will exceed $1.5 billion or $30 per share . Has an $85 price target with the payment . This is June 12th the report date . They say first half of 2016 back then to receive the payment . From today it's 10 months till June 2016 to double your money using the Morgan numbers.

Evan also expected at that time that within 8 months from that report IOC would have a check in hand from TOT. That went out the window today. In two months the certification has been pushed back twice with no real good explanation as to why. This is causing uncertainty and has caused top shareholders to question owning IOC stock.

60 days for Ant 4 from August 20 = October 20

+ 30 days to move rig to Ant 6 = Nov 20

60 days for Ant 6 = Jan 20

+ 30 days to move rig to Ant 7 = Feb 19

+ 60 days for Ant 7 = April 21

+ 60 days to certify = June 20

+ 10 days to certification payment = June 30


Of course with multiple rigs going this is shorter, but...

Ant 4 should not take 60 days. It is a short sidetrack, with a good rig and crew.
