They are proposing a number of governance changes. It's an interesting read.

A rumble in the jungle!!   Can anyone explain why the term "Papua New Guinea jungle" is used a few times rather than simply the name of the country?  Strikes me as PM's attempt to assert or re-assert himself as Lord of the Jungle, or arbiter as to those worthy of jungle work.

It is an interesting read.  In the event that the present board and management were to take actions in the future which were not in the shareholders' interests, the document establishes that shareholders  were concerned prior to the actions and expressed that concern and proposed corrective changes.

A rebellion shouldn't hurt at this point. Hessian made the deal with Total(no complaints). His drilling campaign was a flop and certification was delayed. What's he needed for at this point? Why 10 board members?

Interesting how PM suddenly appears out of the blue and like a concerned shareholder.   Why now?  This company is like the never ending soap opera you wish would end.

Why now? I'm sure there are some unhappy share holders. Drilling Antelope for money seems to be open ended.
