How many shares do we have?
#1

I think it will be interesting to tally our shares to see how much sway in the upcoming vote is represented here.

You can post below or if you want to remain anonymous send an email to IOCsharevote@gmail.com

Just include the # of shares you hold and your current inclination for the merger vote (yes, no or undecided) and I will provide updates periodically.

Just curious.  What's the average holdings per response and how many responses?

30 responses so far. Most holdings are between 1,000-7,000 shares with a couple larger holdings shifting the average.

Interesting so many undecided.  It would be greatly appreciated if some of those folks could share the major reasons they are still undecided.  Everyone has different situations and that has to be respected.

Personally, I am undecided because of too many unknowns in the OSH "Deal".

The details need to be clarified and quantified, at least for me to decide my vote.

I am with you Kommon. I think it will be very informative when IOC publishes the special meeting proxy materials and we get to see what the other parties bid for all of IOC. They won't publish bidder names but they said IOC received unsolicited conditional proposals from "several parties", that means at least three to me (I suppose it could be just two).

By comparing the other proposals to the OSH with CVR deal we will be able to see what management thought the CVR was worth since they don't ever publish or discuss an expected TCFe count.

For what its worth, my impression is that the 1.2% of IOC shares I have tallied so far is a quite small portion of the holders that are participating or just observing on this site.
