The very simple solution is to vote NO to the deal as it is currently concockted.
There is no downside to voting NO
If we show OSH and TOT that we agree to a merger AT THE PROPER PRICE then we will succeed.
An acceptable Deal will give us more shares of OSH and a floor on the CVR. It will also include a GUARANTEE that Antelope-7 will be spud and completed prior to Certification.
Phatprick The Frog Pouyanne and Peter Botten Tail have more shares and more money in their pockets to sweeten the deal and still make out well.
Don't forget that once we vote NO, others will be allowed to officially contact IOC and submit their offers.

Great questions, assuming:
1. That Hession shows up
2. If he shows up, that he agrees to take questions
3. He's tied down and can't dance

I want to know how shareholders can evaluate a transaction when both management and the Board have agreed to a gag order preventing discussion of any issue which might act to undermine the deal. All of this screams obfuscation of the most material events in the corporation's lifetime since Hession's rise to power.
