Here in Australia, My wife & I received our white proxy paperwork yesterday. Way too late to be useful.
Luckily, thanks to SHU, I was aware of what was happening and I was able to contact my broker for control numbers. we voted online last week.
I wonder how many other Aussie shareholders remain blissfully unaware of whats going on?
I wonder if the late delivery is a deliberate ploy?

Did you recieve the BLUE proxy? I was told that a lot of people could get the white proxty and the control number from their broker, but the BLUE proxy never arrived and in some cases the brokers concerned could not provide the contril number. One shareholders reported that E*Trade actually REFUSED to provide the control number via either phone or email.

No, we never received the blue proxy paperwork, however our broker provided us with control numbers for both the for and the dissident proxies. We voted the dissident proxy.

Yes, for a long time now (probably since the NYSE listing) any correspondence from IOC has arrived weeks too late. I cant tell when this latest stuff was posted as there is no post date on the envelopes. I suspect the time delay is due to the vagaries of international postage. My issue is that the company should be ensuring that these materials reach ALL shareholders in good time.
