OSH-IPI certification began on March 13 with expected timeline of 120 days according to OSH. Analysts have a window of 90-120 days so we are in the last gap which will put us just short of the date to vote. Quite a coincidence don'[t ya think?

I thought someone posted a document that from OSH that said they were going to try to cancel the OSH-IPI certification in favor of the the post A7 cert.

Page 28: How does this affect the Pac LNG resource certification? » Given the unanimous vote by the PRL15 joint venture partners to support the drilling of the Antelope 7 well, OSH and the Pac LNG sellers are considering whether to suspend the ongoing certification process (with NSAI and GCA) in relation to the Pac LNG sale and recommence after completion of the well » This is subject to the approval of OSH and the sellers of the five Pac LNG companies

If I find my resolve slipping, this fact alone will remind me of how devious and dishonest these greedy bastards are.
Why would OSH even consider such a move, which is certain to cost them money with IPI? The only explanation is that they know that they will be richly rewarded for hiding salient facts from IOC shareholders.

I would guess the tricky part for OSH will be gauging sentiment for the raw deal so that they don't end up giving this concession away to IPI unnecessarily.

The Vote on the Raw Deal will be held on 28 July, while A-7 won't spud until September. OSH is PRAYING that the Raw Deal will be approved by IOC Shareholders - - - who they apparently view as being Schmucks If the Raw Deal is approved, the JV Partners will be reduced to only OSH and TOT.. THEY WILL THEN MEET AND "UNANIMOUSLY" DECIDE TO CANCEL A-7 Then OSH will go back to IPI and say "Oh, sorry but no A-7 so we'll restart the Certification without it. BOOK MARK THIS POST AND READ IT AGAIN ON JULY 29 IF IOC SHAREHOLDERS ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO ACCEPT THE RAW DEAL.

Nobody should be required to vote until everybody has the results of certification. If it is delayed as suggested the vote should automatically be NO

The only reason near the end of an appraisal to mark the two appaisers as tainted would be they are not reaching the desired number . They are being fired and replaced . Their number is to high .
To hide that result by not finishing it defines criminal behavior . To think the hiring parties are not aware of the preliminary results means one is naive .

No one should wonder why Hession had stormtroopers surrounding him at the AGM. Someone should send him a pink Darth Vader outfit.
