My staff reports IOC to announce that they have been formally notified by OSH and TOT that they have pulled out of bidding. IOC BoD unanimously endorses acceptance of Superior Proposal from XOM.

My staff also reports that after reading SHU and with great worry of impending shareholder NO VOTES, XOM has doubled their offer to $90 cash and an uncapped CVE of $5/M for eternity. **Remember to please vote NO on the OSH offer!!!
