Just happened to catch a story that Sam Antar of Crazy Eddie scam fame has passed away. He was 68; saw no cause of death.

Incorrect- it was Eddie Antar, son of Sam (But not THAT Son of Sam).

Truth is that he never left the crime world. He and Minkow defrauded many businesses using hostile shorting. Mikow went to prison for destroying a construction company through their methods, and Minkow went back to prison for defrauding the church that he founded.

I crossed swords with Barry and Sam several times. In 2010 I assisted some nice chaps in suits to obtain some information on Barry's dealings that helped get him a stint in grey bar. There is a trail of destruction behind everything Barry and Sam ever did.
