End Game for Phil

If you believe in Elk/Antelope, I don't know how you could see a "flat $60" as an improvement compared to a potential total of $72, or even more if the cap is removed.

Because two other estimates said 6.4 and MH isn't a believer.

Those estimates did not include A7, and did include some conservative assumptions not as likely in the future certifications. I am also not talking about what MH believes, although he has publicly expressed belief in much more in the past.

Taking into account that a redo of the procedure will take a few months, it is better for all parties concerned to wait till the certification is finished.

The Appeals Court seems to have said that Morgan Stanley did not do a proper job in valuing ALL the IOC assets. We're talking about much more than E/A here.

Phil Mulacek paid for an INDEPENDENT appraisal of the Assets.

To go forward with the same CR(a)P deal will require mr hession to also get an independent appraisal of ALL his Ass(ets).

As so many folks have commented, with energy prices higher hession may not find anyone willing to say the deal is fair to IOC Shareholders.

One other point: many Funds sold their shares at $50 after the deal was put forward. New Shareholders may not be so inclined to vote "YAY" for the CR(a)P.

If anyone one is paying attention MH must be looking pretty bad? Is this something that he hopes will just be forgotten? What the heck is holding the PPS like an iron glove? I smell fish and smoke.
