Anyone going to the February 14 meeting in NYC?  Just my idle curiosity.

Why bother!

mr hession will surely avail himself of the free trip to NYC, but he won't dare attend the meeting.

By the way, by my calculation, the weight average XOM share price for the past 10 trading days was $82.937

Closing price on Monday 13 February was $83.00

If you still hold IOC shares, you will get 0.5426 XOM shares per share of IOC if the Arrangement is approved by Shareholders and then quickly becomes effective.

If 14 February share action is included as the final day, then the weight average will drop a bit.

Any bets on whether the approval percentages are greater or less than the last time ?!?!

Note: I am assuming that this gets approved again Sad

Votes? I heard someone mention that they overheard "One for you, one for me, one for you, one for me..." each accompanied by clinking noises.

Hi Weaselpuppy - I wish MH would put his 'love and kisses' where the sun don;t shine (on his bottom) .Too bad he doesn't believe " honesty is the best policy". I guess he grew up  with the idea that ' greed and dishonesty' are the best policies .

Sageo, then he may have a future in politics where the real money is made (er....I mean stolen).  Ask Putin.
